Orders

The customer makes his order as described below. Order validation entails acceptance of the terms of sale. The customer who is interested in a product on ifestosgold.com follows the following procedure to complete his order: By clicking on the “basket” icon, checking the order details (quantity, price, etc.) and then validating the selected product or products by clicking on the “purchase” icon.

The customer can choose to place his order as a guest or through account creation. In case you choose to make your order as a guest you must fill out the order form, which contains the following information: name, surname, address, city, district, zip code, country, email, phone, payment method, shipping method. If you choose to create an account, you must fill in in in addition to the above information and your date of birth as well as your sheet.

After choosing the method of payment and shipping, the customer is invited (after being sure of the correctness of the data provided and the choice of the product) to permanently and irrevocably validate the order by clicking the icon “send order”.

Payment Methods

For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our store (www.ifestosgold.com) provides you with the following payment options:

  1. Cash on delivery: You can pay by receiving your order in the courier.
  2. PayPal: Your transactions are protected by paypal’s online security systems which guarantee a completely safe trading environment
  3. Debit / Credit Card : If you have a VISA or MasterCard credit card you can use it safely. Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.  Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners or Masterpass Wallet.
  4. Bank deposit: You can deposit the amount of your order in one of the bank accounts held by our company “Anastassopoulos Andros.   1. Pay in Store: If you live in Athens, you can pay and receive your order in person from our store. Orders marked “Pick up at the store” are held for up to 2 days.

With the confirmation of your order and after you choose as the payment method “Bank Deposit” use the information below to proceed with the payment.

For the order to apply the deposit must appear in our bank accounts (Banks other than Alpha Bank and National Bank of Greece need 2-3 working days to credit the account)
