The company ifestosgold.com provides fast, shipping to all destinations within Greece from 1 to 3 working days.
Orders are shipped according to product availability, usually in 48 hours. In case your order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure (bad weather, strikes etc.), or for other reasons it is not possible to deliver the products within the prescribed time will inform you by e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish to complete your order.

Pick-up from the store
If you live in Athens, you can pay and receive your order in person from our store.
Free shipping by Courier, 1-3 working days. Shipments are made throughout Greece free of charge in cooperation with DHL courier, at the address you have indicated to us.
For the regions of Attica, 1-3 working days are provided by DHL Courier. Free for purchases over 100€, for smaller purchases charge 6€.

Shipping by DHL Courier, 1-3 working days.

Countries within the EU
Shipments are made with the DHL Courier service, 1-3 working days. Free for purchases over 300€, for smaller purchases charge 15€.
Rest of the world.
Shipments are made with the DHL Courier service, 3-5 working days. Free for purchases over 400€, for smaller purchases charge 25€.
Product Returns
You have the right to return the products you buy, without the obligation to notify us of the reason, within ten four (14) days from the date you receive them, with the charge of shipping costs. Returns are only accepted when the returned products are in the same condition as received, i.e. without being unsealed or tampered with, or the safety card removed, together with the documents, the retail receipt and the packaging accompanying the product. Your refund will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the products.

The right of withdrawal by the consumer may be exercised if:
- It concerns a product for which a personalized order has NOT been placed, such as rings, or conversions or a product not in our catalog.
- Complete and send the relevant withdrawal form that is given to him when the order is made. The product has not been worn or used beyond the test, no pieces of the serology bracelet have been removed and no modifications to the jewelry have been made.
- The store tabs and product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way.
- All accompanying product documents, such as warranty, instructions for use, and proof of purchase, are returned. The product is shipped in the packaging received.
